The Compliance Mandate

The EU AI Act classifies AI systems based on risk. For high-risk systems, the legislation imposes strict obligations regarding transparency, traceability, and human oversight. Failure to comply can result in fines up to €35 million or 7% of global annual turnover.

Article 12: Record-Keeping

High-risk AI systems must automatically record events ('logs') over their lifetime. AILP satisfies this by intercepting and immutably storing the entire context window, prompt, and tool selection of your autonomous agents.

Article 15: Accuracy, Robustness, and Cybersecurity
