EU AI Act Guide

How AILP guarantees compliance with the world's strictest AI legislation.

The Compliance Mandate

The EU AI Act classifies AI systems based on risk. For high-risk systems, the legislation imposes strict obligations regarding transparency, traceability, and human oversight. Failure to comply can result in fines up to €35 million or 7% of global annual turnover.

Article 12: Record-Keeping

High-risk AI systems must automatically record events ('logs') over their lifetime. AILP satisfies this by intercepting and immutably storing the entire context window, prompt, and tool selection of your autonomous agents.

Article 15: Accuracy, Robustness, and Cybersecurity

AILP uses hardware Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) and Ed25519 cryptographic signing to ensure that the logs recorded cannot be altered or tampered with, fulfilling the Act's cybersecurity and robustness requirements.

Audit Readiness

With AILP, your compliance team can generate cryptographic proofs of exactly why an agent made a decision, providing absolute transparency to European regulators.
